Stars for my Super Stars

This time last week I was enjoying a sunny walk around some of the sites Brussels has to offer, having spent a wonderful few days with some of my Stampin' Up! Super Stars at the European Convention.  We had an amazing time and I am looking forward to the next one already!  I took the chance to spoil those who were there a little and today I am going to share another of the little gifts I made for them - a star charm to go on their bags.

I used some wooden stars as the base as I wanted these to be really robust and then decorated them using some of the beautiful Under The Tree Speciality Papers, some Vellum Card Stock and some Gold Glimmer Paper.  I added their initials using the Metro Type Alphabet and then finished them with some Gold Bakers Twine.  The shapes were cut and punched using 2 1/2 inch Circle Punch, the 1 3/8 Circle Punch, the Modern Label Punch, the Apothecary Accents Framelits and the Starburst Framelits

I loved seeing these being used while we were there.  Many of the team were not able to be in Brussels with us so in a couple of weeks we are having a team mini convention to share some of the fun - it's going to be fantastic and if you would like to know more about this and how you can get involved please email bekka@feeling-crafty.co.uk
